Industry standard access control functionality

Access control gives the owner/user control over who is allowed entry through specific doors. There are various methods of permitted entrance including proximity fobs, proximity swipe cards, digital key code entry and biometrics (finger print reading).

As well as giving control over entry and increasing security at your premises, PC based systems also give users the following advantages.

• They can be used to record staff time keeping
• They can allow entry to certain areas for specific people
• They can secure specific doors at certain times of the day
• It’s not a major problem if a member of staff leaves or loses a fob/card
